FAQ > General > I can't get background sync to work. What do I need to do?

Search the FAQ for entries containing:

Make sure that Newsify is enabled in the device settings under General>Background App Refresh and that the Background Sync Interval is set correctly in the app settings under Sync Settings.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of Newsify.
